Tuition fees are refundable only within one (1) month from the date of payment, and no refund requests will be accepted after this period under any circumstances. The refund period is strictly limited and cannot be extended beyond the specified timeframe. All refund requests must be submitted within one month through the official communication channel along with valid payment proof. Requests that are incomplete or lack proper documentation may not be considered for processing. Once a request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as per internal procedures. Refunds will not be applicable if the services have already been utilized by the candidate. Additionally, any violation of institutional policies may result in rejection of the refund request. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure timely submission of the refund request.
