Legal Information to students – Certificate Issuance & Global Operational Structure

Issued by: NextGen University International Chartered Inc., USA  – Legal Advisory Council

NextGen University International, USA (NGUI USA) is a legally incorporated institution under the International Corporate Laws of the United States, duly registered in the State of Delaware with an official incorporation status as NextGen University International Chartered Inc., USA.

NGUI USA operates as a globally recognized private online and distance-mode university, in official partnership with the United Nations (Reg. No: 1001608) for worldwide online education and research initiatives. All academic programs offered by NGUI USA are conducted exclusively through online and open distance learning modalities, including research-based components and laboratory requirements, which are supported through affiliated campuses and institutions via Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).

Administrative Structure & Certificate Delivery

To ensure smooth academic operations and better accessibility for students, NGUI USA currently maintains 13 administrative offices across various countries. These offices are established to facilitate academic coordination, student support, and operational logistics, including the issuance of certificates.

Accordingly, students will receive their official physical (hard copy) certificates from their respective country’s NGUI administrative office, not directly from the USA. In cases where a student’s country does not yet have a local NGUI administrative office, all physical certificates will be processed and dispatched via the University’s main administrative office located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

This arrangement complies fully with U.S. International Corporate Law, under which any lawful individual, regardless of nationality, may incorporate and operate a private company or institution (LLC, Inc., etc.) within the United States. In alignment with this provision, the Founder and Chancellor of NGUI USA, who is an Indian citizen, manages and oversees all academic and operational affairs of the university from the India-based administrative headquarters.

Apostille, Notary, and Embassy Attestation (Optional)

For students who opt for apostille services, notary authentication, or embassy-level attestation of their certificates, these services are facilitated through our official U.S.-based apostille consultancy partner. Such documents will bear all relevant seals and certifications issued from a U.S. address, and will be fully compliant with the Hague Convention of 1961, which India and several other member nations recognize.

Please note:
Apostille, embassy authentication, and notary services are optional and will incur additional charges, which are subject to the prevailing U.S. government taxes, service charges, and filing fees applicable at the time of processing.
